Housekeeping

I am taking a rare mid-day break, and I think I have caught up on all my email. If you sent me an email and did not get a response, it was just an oversight. I attempt to respond to everyone who emails me. So, if I missed your's please re-send it (and, I am talking about if you sent me an email in the last few days or weeks, not the last few hours!!!).
