Yes, we're witnessing history being made: the world's election. Abraham Lincoln himself would have been very proud.
Indeed a historic time regardless of who you voted for. It is time to move on and correct our mistakes. Here is to the next four years being better than the last.

There celebrations all over the place - Africa in particular.
I thought that the Bush nightmare had ruined me for flag-waving, but I find that I'm still a sucker for non-Americans waving American flags that are not on fire.
It's a great day. I hope it starts a four year bull rally!
