I am not a fan of Mark Cuban a lot of the time, but I respect his business acumen and success.
Over on his blog he made multiple posts on "Success and Motivation", and they are well worth reading. Not just for the Michael Dell and Bill Gates stories - but for a look at how he built his business with and from nothing, and for valuable insights that can be applied to whatever you undertake in life.
As he says, "you only have to be right once."
Grab a beer, sit down and relax, and give it a read.

That was a good read X, thanks for sharing.
Some people may not like him for his behaviors but I still remember him when he just bought that Dallas Mavericks, and immediately revamped both locker rooms with Playstations, tv's, and bigger towels along with flashing his e-mail on the scoreboard for fans to e-mail him what they thought. Also, allowing someone like Dennis Rodman to crash with him at his own crib was crazy. His irregular oddities and attitude of lets be different is why I will always like the guy.
That was good. Very long but good.
