More on the diner situation

A few of you wrote to say that you were as touched by this situation as I was, and suggested that she might make a good beneficiary for Good Karma in Q1. I could not agree more. I think I will wait until the end of the month to let things settle for her, and then make a simple anonymous gift - maybe an Amex gift card to help her with things she needs.
